This terraced house is in Northwich, Cheshire, across the road from a park.
As well as two bedrooms it has a loft space and a converted basement, and could be extended into the back garden.
Agents say it is "in need of modernisation".
It was first listed in January and was reduced by £10,000 in March.
Now it is up for auction with a guide price of just £15,000.

Bargain hunters might also want to look at this three-bed semi in a quiet residential street in Stafford.
It boasts two reception rooms, front and rear gardens, a detached garage and a spacious paved driveway.
