A BEAUTIFUL stretch of the Welsh coast could be yours for £45,000 - but there's one small catch.
Buyers hoping to snap up a bargain in rural Gower, South Wales might be tempted by this stunning land.

The acreage is made up of part sand dune, marsh and foreshore.
The land is located between Broughton Bay and Whitford Sands with existing vehicular right of way over National Trust track from Cwm Ivy.

However, the land is a SSSI which means it is very unlikely you can build on it but you will have free range to spend your days walking the coastline and breathing in the fresh air.
Anyone planning on buying the plot of land will have to seek special planning permission from but it is unlikely to be granted.
