The property owner admitted he “knew what he was in for" after renovating the swanky pad in Palm Beach, Australia.

The home, which boasts a pool, a gym and its own cinema, has a stunning white facade entrance that he claims has proved too irresistible for people passing by.

This month, the millionaire mogul shared home CCTV footage of local influencer Holly Cheesman posing in front of the mansion in her bikini wear.

In the ten second video, the model is seen handing her phone to someone off-camera before dropping her jeans to her ankles to snap a photo.

The influencer, who has almost 13,000 followers on Instagram, later used the photo as her profile picture.

Nick said she was just one of many influencers who often congregate outside the picture-perfect entrance to his stunning home.

he told : "We designed it so it would be show-stopping."

The home, which is fitted with state-of-the-art security, was recently put up for sale with the help of agent Ed Cherry, of Harcourts Coastal.

He told the outlet that influencers were "pretty ballsy" when it came to taking photos, given that all trespassers are recorded on CCTV.

Ed believers Instagram wannabes are drawn to the home's entrance which features plenty of greenery and a glimpse of the home's glass bottom plunge pool.

He said Nick, who owns his own construction company, was fully aware that the secluded beachside villa could attract attention.

The agent said: "He understands it's what comes with having a beautiful home."

Nick believes the latest visit by Ms Cheesman was the “most bold yet” after revealing that a group had previously asked for permission to take pictures outside.

He says he takes the property's attention as a complement to his work, adding that it didn’t inflict on the privacy of the home that he shares with his wife, Bridgette.

He told : “I guess if you’re designing a house as a photo shoot location you are trying to create those different aesthetics throughout the space.

“And that is also how we approached the design of this project, so it is well-suited from the perspective of its visual appeal.”
