Full list of supermarket and high street shop opening times over Christmas revealed
ALDI and Poundland are among the retailers that have revealed when they'll open for Christmas.
More stores are closing their doors for longer during the festive season to give their staff some much-needed time off.
But this also means customers will need to plan their shopping trips carefully.
Almost all stores across the UK are shut on Christmas Day, but there are also a handful of retailers that won't open on Boxing Day either.
Opening hours can vary from branch to branch, so check your local store times before you make the trip.
Most big retailers will have their opening times listed on their websites.

That means customers will get an extra hour to pick up food in the mornings in the run up to Christmas Eve.
Plus an extra half hour in the morning on December 24.
Stores will also be open until 6pm on Christmas Eve but will close on Christmas Day and Boxing Day as per usual.
The majority of stores will be open from 8am until 8pm in between Christmas and New Year, and until 6pm on New Year's Eve.

The retailer has also confirmed that it will close its doors on New Year's Day.

But shoppers don't have long to wait to find out when the popular chain will be opening, as a spokesman said it will be finalising plans in the coming weeks.

Sainsbury's said its Christmas opening hours will not be finalised until near the festive period.
In previous years, the supermarket has opened on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day - but with reduced hours.
The Sun has also contacted Tesco, Asda, B&M, Boots, Lidl, Next, Poundland, TKMaxx and Wilko to find out what they will be doing this Christmas.
Meanwhile, Argos has revealed its top toys for Christmas - and prices start at £10.

For the third year in a row, the discount retailer will close all stores on Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, in addition to Christmas Day.
The move is intended to give colleagues a well-deserved break.
Customers can check their local store opening times over the Christmas period on the Poundland website.
It's also announced that it will also take on around 1,200 seasonal colleagues to work in stores across the UK and Ireland in the run-up to this Christmas.

Co-op stores will be open until 9pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
They'll also be open between 8am and 8pm on Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
All stores will be closed on Christmas Day. For all other dates stores will be open as per usual.
There will be variations on store opening hours though, so it's best to check your local.

The company has yet to confirm whether stores will be open on New Years Day.
Opening hours for the remaining dates in December and early January will vary depending on the store so you should check online for more details.
