A FREEZING mum has slammed her landlord after being left with no hot water or heating for weeks.
Kelly Anne, from Stoke-on-Trent, says that her two young children, aged two and three, have to go and stay with family overnight to escape the cold.
She claims that there has been a leak above her boiler for several weeks at her two-bedroom terraced home.
Apparently, she has even had to throw away some of her belongings due to water damage.
The 28-year-old reportedly got in touch with her letting agent, who act on behalf of the landlord, and a maintenance worker was sent out the same day.
However, they apparently failed to fix the problem.

Kelly Anne, though, pays £465 a month in rent and says the service is not good enough.
She told : "There was water dripping down my boiler and coming through the kitchen wall. Enough is enough, something needs doing now.
"I am scared for my own safety and my children's safety. When I have to turn the sockets off I have no hot water or heating, it’s absolutely freezing.
