Secret ‘mansion’ hidden in sought-after location could be yours – but it comes with a catch
THIS secret 'mansion' is hidden away in an area dubbed a 'millionaire's playground' - but it comes with a major catch.
Overlooking Poole Harbour in Dorset, the property is a a steal at just £1.5 million, compared to the rest of the area.
However, house-hunters will have a lot of work to do after snapping it up.
That's because there is currently nothing actually built on the land up for sale.
The 0.8 acre cul-de-sac is found in a little clearing in a thicket of trees and can only be seen from the air.
The plot is in the Sandbanks neighbourhood, where homes have recently sold for up to £12 million.

Three expensive homes have already been built on the plot.
It backs onto the exclusive Parkstone Golf Course, which counts Harry Redknapp among its members.
The plans for the property, designed by David James Architects, paint a picture of what life would be like in the new development.
It is set to boast and open plan kitchen/dining area, along with a separate living room, a study and two en suite bedrooms on the ground floor.
Upstairs, it will feature a large master bedroom, complete with it's own dressing room and balcony, accompanied by another en suite room, a master bathroom and two dressing rooms.
Sean Gibson, from estate agents Savills, said: "The design is in keeping with the other three in this gated development.

"It's really secluded and so close to the water, but because it is not directly on the water it offers tremendous privacy as well, so you're away from the hustle and bustle in this completely tranquil and sylvan setting."
