Three-bedroom home in coastal town could be yours for just £100k – and there’s a surprise in the fridge
A THREE bedroom home in a coastal town could be yours for just £100,000 - and there's a grim surprise in the fridge.
The end-of-terrace property in Hayle, Cornwall, seems rather average at first glance from the roadside.
However, once inside the property it’s clear it needs a total renovation - with a shocking sight waiting in the fridge.
The kitchen is a particular mess, with dirty casserole dishes on the side and plates on the draining board.
The fridge freezer is rusty and the door is left open, revealing an ancient bottle of milk inside the fridge - a nasty surprise for the house's new owner.
As well as the milk, there are also a Fray Bentos pie and other leftover fridge still in the fridge.

Many of the rooms are full of junk including several clocks, Lemsip and half-empty Robinson’s squash bottles.
Inside the first bedroom the mattress appears covered in cardboard boxes and rubbish.
Another has the bed covered with more random objects such as a slow cooker, however, has enough room to fit a treadmill inside.
Outside, the garden is very unkempt and uneven.
The house is being sold by Millerson estate agents and advertised on Rightmove.
The listing reads: “This end terrace house is sold as seen.
“We believe the rear two storey elevation is structurally unsafe and likely to require reconstruction.
“The whole property requires clearance and thorough renovation.
“There is a good sized garden at the rear, which backs on to Penpol Sidings and provides potential for parking, or a garage, subject to planning permission.”
