We won a £3million mansion and we’re set to get an eye-watering bonus as we sell it to move back home
A COUPLE who won a £3million mansion are set to get an eye-watering bonus if they sell it and move back home.
Uttam Parmar, 58, and wife Raki, 53, bagged themselves the stunning property in Cornwall in August last year.
However, the pair now want to sell it and move back to their hometown of Leicester.
And according to local property agents John Bray Estates, the luxury home which has scenic views of the Camel Estuary, could sell for an even bigger sum of £3.5m.
Uttam said they have decided to sell as they don't stay there very often and would prefer to use the money for their future.

He said: “We were absolutely thrilled to , Cornwall is such a magical place and we have enjoyed spending time as a family in this extraordinary property, we’ve especially loved waking up to such spectacular views.
"Everyone in Cornwall has been so welcoming, it has really felt like home.
"As much as we’ve loved our time here, our lives are primarily based elsewhere, and it is such a hugely valuable asset to not use more regularly, so we’ve decided to sell.
"I know the next owners will enjoy this house just as much as we have.”
Uttam has now listed the mega 4,200sq ft mansion on Rightmove.
Josephine Ashby, Managing Partner of John Bray Estates, said they have had a lot of interest in the property.
He said: “This exceptional property’s environmental pedigree, together with its stunning position, breath-taking outlook, and its string of architectural awards will undoubtedly turn buyers’ heads.
Before winning the mansion, Uttam had entered every previous draw with no luck.
At the time of the win, Uttam said: "We were so excited that we might have won the grand prize, we called our son Aaron to see if the winning entry code matched ours.
"When he triple checked the numbers matched, we must've burst his eardrums screaming down the phone!"
