A MAN with one of the best-paid jobs in Britain says you don't need a degree to do it - and £60,000 a year is well within reach.
The Londoner took to TikTok with a clip explaining how much he earns as a scaffolder in the capital.
He said that a labourer working on a scaffold can expect to earn between £16 and £19 an hour.
A trainee scaffolder will see their earnings rise to around £20-£24 an hour.
But once they have completed their training, a scaffolder could earn over £30 an hour.
An eight-hour shift as a trained scaffolder could net you around £240.

Taking home that daily sum for 260 working days a year adds up to an annual salary of £62,400.
The reports that scaffolding is among the highest-paying jobs which do not require a degree.
Average pay as an entry-level scaffolder is reportedly around £48,000 - more than many deskbound professions.
Other manual with basic pay above £45,000 include door installers (£54,000) and tile fitters (£51,000).
