Superdrug shoppers rush to buy iconic discontinued designer perfume scanning for £9 instead of £89
SHOPPERS can't get enough of an iconic designer perfume that's scanning for just £9 instead of £89.
The Burberry Weekend for women 100ml bottle is selling at 90% off, with one shopper finding the bargain in their local Superdrug store.
They said: "Burberry Weekend for Women. £8.90 in Superdrug."
The post has been liked nearly 500 times and received hundreds of comments.
And some customers can't get enough of the discontinued product.

One said: "My favourite of all time always go back to it," while another added: "This takes me back!!!"
A third shopper simply said: "One of my favs."
Superdrug confirmed to The Sun it had discontinued the product and reduced the price on any remaining stock.
However, a spokesperson added it could not confirm which stores still have the item in stock and for customers to check their nearest store.
You can find your nearest Superdrug branch by using its store locator.
Meanwhile, Burberry did not respond to a request for comment on whether it has discontinued the product more broadly.
Other retailers are selling the perfume at a reduced price though.
The Perfume Shop is selling it online for £57, while Notino has it for £25, without factoring in the delivery fee.
It's not the first time a cheap perfume has had shoppers shouting from the rooftops.
Earlier this month, Poundland customers were rushing to buy a £4 designer dupe that was £212 cheaper than the original.
In July, Aldi launched a posh perfume dupe of Acqua di Parma's Fico di Amalfi £214 cheaper than the original.
In the same month, shoppers were rushing to the German discounter's stores to buy an "insane" £6 dupe.
Of course, you should always do your research when buying anything, including perfume.
Just because one retailer is selling it for what seems a bargain price, that doesn't mean you can't find it cheaper elsewhere.
You can use websites like Trolley, Price Runner and Price Spy which let you compare thousands of products.
If you're looking for a few ways to save on your next Superdrug trip, it's worth signing up for the retailer's Health and Beautycard.
You can download it as an app on to your smartphone.
You then build up points on purchases - every time you spend £1 you earn one point - which you can then use to get money off future shops.

You can spend your points in multiples of 100, with 100 points worth £1. That means you need to spend £100 to get £1 off your next spend.
Meanwhile, you can get money off if you have an NHS discount card, which you can sign up to on the NHS' website.
