Cadbury Creme Eggs in a mixed pack of five have returned to some stores, including B&M, Sainsbury's, and Asda.

The box includes two classic Creme Eggs, one White Chocolate Creme Egg, and two delicious Caramel Creme Eggs.

Newfoodsuk took to Facebook to share the news in time for the Christmas period.

"Cadbury Creme Eggs, Mini Eggs, and Mini Egg Bars are now back at B&M Stores," they wrote.

But while some were overjoyed to see the treats back on shelves, others were furious and questioned why Easter chocolates were being released so early.

One baffled customer took to the comments of the Facebook post and wrote: "Nothing is fun anymore. All commercialised."

Another added: "F*** sake Christmas hasn't even been and now we are seeing Easter eggs".

A third commented: "Now you can ask santa for a creme egg instead of waiting for the easter bunny".

"Easter comes earlier and earlier every year," another chimed in.

But others seemed less bothered about the timing and more excited to get stuck into the treats around the Christmas tree.

One shopper commented on Newfoodsuk's Facebook post: "I would like some of these for Christmas please mum xxx"

Another said: "My local newsagent has had a box of normal ones on the counter for a couple of weeks now! May as well.be sold all year round!"

A third added: "I will happily devour a pack of these just saying".

For those that do want to get their hands on a pack, Asda is selling a five-pack of just the white Creme Eggs for £2, online and in-store.

Or if you prefer the originals, Sainsbury's is selling a box of five for £2.50.

Remember, you should always shop around for the best deal as you might find a product cheaper by comparing prices across different retailers.

But the return of the Creme Egg isn't the only thing that has left some shoppers furious on the run-up to Christmas.

Consumers have been left fuming over sneaky Celebrations gift boxes that cost twice the price of normal tubs.

Tesco customers have complained of unwittingly buying the smaller 385g versions of the Christmas favourites online, instead of the 600g standard version.

Lego fans have slated the new Avengers advent calendar for its “lazy” gifts and say kids are feeling cheated.

It costs £29.99 on the Lego website, while Amazon and Smyths Toys currently charge £23.99, and at Argos it will set you back £25.

But some fans are upset that Dr Strange's one-piece cloak is the only gift on December 17, before Dr Strange has even been unveiled on December 18.
