Supermarket shoppers flock to nab new ‘revolutionary’ Walkers crisps saying they’re ‘fantastic’
SHOPPERS are rushing to buy new limited edition flavour Walkers crisps spotted in supermarkets.
Walkers has released three new vegan limited edition flavours just in time for Veganuary.
The flavours are as meaty and cheesy as their traditional Walkers counterparts but without any real meat or cheese included in the recipes.
Shoppers spotted one of the new flavours in Sainsbury's and shared a snap of the multipack snack in the Food Finds UK group on Facebook.
One shopper said: “Get down to Sainsbury's you vegans other flavours available as well.”
The post racked up over 100 comments and 94 likes.

One user said: “So minimal and revolutionary.”
Another said: “Fantastic for the vegans who hate animal cruelty and also hate meat but love the flamed grilled taste of a juicy steak. Lol.”
“Love the Flame Grilled Steak McCoys so hopefully these are on par or even better,” said someone.
A fourth user said: “They do taste good.”

Several users pointed out that milk powder is a common ingredient in many crisps which often makes things difficult for vegans looking for a snack.
But the new Walkers range is completely devoid of any animal products.
All three new unbelievable vegan flavours will be sold in multipacks in stores.
Shoppers can now get Vegan Flame Grilled Steak, Vegan BBQ Pork Ribs, and Vegan Grilled Cheese Toastie flavoured crisps in supermarkets.
At the moment the flavours are available in some Sainsbury’s stores. Iceland also has all three new flavoured stocked online.
Multipacks have also been spotted in bargain store B&M.
Each multipack which contains five 24g packets is going for around £1.65.
It’s about time Walkers fans got some positive news as the snack giant announced tons of discontinued flavours last year.
Snack lovers were devastated after finding out the fan favourite Walkers Max Fiercely Flamin Hot crisps would not be returning to shelves.
Walkers fans also said goodbye to the Beef and Onion Crisps flavour which is no longer being produced.
And of course, the hugely popular Worcester Sauce flavour was discontinued with shoppers claiming sandwiches are "ruined".
In other news, Walkers has made a huge change to crisp packs but it’s left a fan confused.
Walkers has apologised and admitted they have changed the recipe of crisps fans used to call “perfection”.
