So far shoppers have spotted two flavours of the sweet treats in stores, chocolate bites and salted caramel bites.

You can grab a box of eight of the 16ml bites for £4 in stores.

The treats were first spotted on Facebook in the Newfoodsuk group.

The account said: “Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream Bites spotted at Morrisons.”

The post gained over 500 comments and 1,100 likes with tons of Facebook users saying they were excited to try the new bites.

One user called them: “A quick small bite of goodness.”

“They look delicious,” said another.

A third user claimed: 'Bites to share' it says on the packet....unlikely, once I start eating them...!

“That salted caramel SLAPS!” said someone else.

At the moment you’ll only be able to find the Häagen-Dazs bites in Morrisons stores though they are available online.

If you’re buying them online you will need to factor in a delivery charge, it may be cheaper to include the bites in a weekly shop.

The ice cream brand has already come out with macaroon-flavoured ice cream and summer sorbets.

Häagen-Dazs isn’t the only brand taking things up a notch.

The new bites will need to compete with popular Little Moons Mochi Ice creams.

The little moon shaped treats have become a viral sensation across the UK with the brand opening a factory in the UK and supplying major supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons.

The Heinz Beanz & Sausage Pizza has been found in Iceland and shoppers can’t wait to try a slice.

The supermarket is now stocking the new Cadbury Spring chocolate share box for £6, though many shoppers have said they won’t be sharing.

Iceland is also stocking McDonald’s dupes which are up to 70% cheaper than the originals and some shoppers say they taste even better.
