Shoppers rush to iconic furniture store’s clearance sale with homeware scanning for just 30p at the tills

SHOPPERS are rushing to grab some bargains for as little as 30p in an iconic furniture store’s clearance sale.

Ikea has slashed the price of its homeware essentials with many items selling for less than £1.

The iconic furniture store is a bargain hunter’s dream right now and one fan took to Facebook to share what he has spotted in store.

The post read: “Ikea Ashton, Greater Manchester, prices starting from just 30p on the clearance section area. Loads of items were in stock around the shop.”

The savvy shopper then posted some images of the kinds of bargains that were available in the store.

Cutlery trays, food containers and tealights were slashed from £1.50 to £1.

Other accessories such as tea lights, stationary desk items and lint rollers, were knocked down to between £1 and 50p.

Washing up bowls and cutlery holders were also slashed to 50p and 30p.

The post attracted the attention of other savvy shoppers and one person tagged their friend and said: “We need to go to Ikea right now.”

While another asked: “Is this also in the Cardiff store?”

Bear in mind that these offers might not be available in all stores so it is best to check before you go to avoid disappointment.
