THE exact time to visit Greggs to get an unexpected discount on a meal deal has been revealed.
Customers can get flat 20 per cent off using a little-known hack - and it's all about timing.
Many people go to their local Greggs store to snap up a slice of pizza with a choice of hot or cold drink as a meal deal for £3.50.
The offer is available until 4pm on all seven days of the week.
But you could now get an additional 20 per cent off on the beloved grub deal.
All you need to do is visit the branch after 4pm when the price drops to £2.85 - almost 20 per cent cheaper.

It means shoppers can save themselves 65p just by waiting a few minutes extra to order.
Anyone looking to snap up the offer can do so at the vast majority of Greggs' stores, subject to availability.
You can find your nearest Greggs location by using the chain's store locator on its website.
Those buying speciality hot drinks will have to pay 50p extra and there is sometimes an additional charge for branded soft drinks.

The offer also can't be redeemed at Greggs inside MOTO forecourts across the UK.

It comes as The Sun exclusively revealed that Greggs is planning to open six more outlet stores in the UK.
Plus, Greggs boss Roisin Currie told The Sun it will have 2,500 shops in the UK by the end of this month as part of her target to achieve 3,000.
In January 2024, Greggs revealed plans to open 160 new branches in the next year.
The chain will also continue rolling out evening opening hours across specific stores.
Greggs stocks some of the most popular items including the much-loved sausage roll - but the prices are up to 75% cheaper.
It means you can get a four-pack of sausage rolls for £1.85, instead of £4.35, which works out at just 46p per sausage roll.
Whereas a sandwich could cost £1.22, instead of £4.50.
Prices vary across Greggs shops in the UK based on where you visit.
Meanwhile, Greggs fans were left fuming after the bakery giant axed a popular menu staple from its vegan offering.
Greggs has removed its Vegan Steak Bake from menus, it has confirmed to The Sun.
