POWER-FUL DEAL

‘Bargain of the year’ scream shoppers as they find £100 B&M gardening essential scanning at tills for just 10p

The multi-use tool can help car owners save up cash too

A SAVVY shopper has claimed he has found the bargain of the year when he bought a £100 gardening essential for just 10p.

The lucky B&M customer was shocked when the black and Decker power washer scanned for such a low price at the till.

Shoppers find a gardening essential at B&M slashed from £100

The sensational bargain was spotted by an eagle-eyed customer who snatched the deal at B&M.

He was able to get his hands on the pressure washer, which usually retails for £100, at a fraction of the price.

In a Facebook post shared on a group called B&M Bargains, Extreme Money Saving Deals and More, the lucky shopper wrote: “10P BLACK AND DECKER POWER WASHER!!

“Got a bargain of the year, was supposed to be £99, but scanned through the till at 10p.

“I tried to scan the barcode in the app but it said it was unavailable, I got to the till and the total was £100 less than I expected, so asked the lady on the till, it had scanned through at 10p.”

Although the stars must have aligned for this customer, who had the tool discounted by thousandfold, you can still get a great deal at B&M.

The high-pressure washer has been reduced to £69 on the company website, but it is better to hurry as stocks are running low.

The Black and Decker gardening tool is perfect for cleaning outdoor surfaces, bikes and garden furniture, especially as the days have warmed up.

The light-weight power washer can also save you up money on car wash as you can use it to get the stubborn dirt and dust off your motor.

If you’re looking to add a pop of colour into your garden but don’t want to watch flowers wilt away, then check out this bargain which doesn’t need a drop of water.

B&M has also drastically cut the price of a gadget which shoppers say is “perfect for the garden”.

There are plenty of other deals to be had.

For example, the tropical retreat curve plants have been reduced from £20 to £6 and B&M decorative plant feeder is not just £1.

B&M’s range of iconic egg chairs is a fan favourite and they return to stores every spring and summer

Shoppers have also been left gushing over a “cute” garden accessory that’s been slashed to £4 in the bargain store.

How to save money at B&M

Shoppers have saved hundreds of pounds a year by using B&M’s scanner app.

The scanner lets you see if an item’s price is cheaper than advertised on the shop floor label.

Products that are typically discounted are seasonal items and old stock that B&M is trying to shift.

According to one ex-B&M manager, you’ll want to visit your local branch at 10am on a Wednesday too.

This is when staff slash items to as little as 10p to clear excess stock and make way for new products.

Remember you can find your nearest B&M branch by using the retailer’s store locator tool on its website.
