‘Awesome bargains’, cry Co-op shoppers as they rush to buy Cadbury treats for only 63p instead of £2.50

It comes after chocolate lovers spotted two new Aero chocolate flavours at Co-Op

CO-OP shoppers were in for a treat after finding Cadbury Dairy Milk sharing bags for only 63p.

The sweet deal was spotted by a savvy customer who scooped a bargain compared to the usual price of £2.50 for the iconic chocolate.

Shopper Dale shared his shopping on Facebook, urging people to rush to Co-Op to get their hands on great prices.

He wrote: "Get down to the Co-op for some awesome bargains today."

One picture showed all of Dale's sweet purchases, including the Dairy Milk share bags in Wispa and Caramel Nibble flavours.

Both products retailed for 63p each, as shown on his receipt.

Fellow shoppers went crazy for the "awesome bargains", flooding the comments section by tagging their friends.

One person wrote: "That's really good."

But some said they weren't so lucky, wondering if the lower prices were exclusive to Dale's shop.

A user said: "Ours had the Jaffa cakes, dairy milk and munchies but all full price even when checked at the till!

A third commented: "I went to my local - the stuff was there but full price."

It comes after chocolate lovers went wild after spotting not one, but two new flavours of Aero at Co-Op shelves.

One food fan was left stunned when browsing the shelves in the Co-op when she spotted the new flavours.

But don't worry if you don't have a Co-op near you, as shoppers ahve also spotted these buys in FarmFoodsHeron FoodsAldi and Iceland too.

According to Aero, the bars have now hit the shelves in supermarkets nationwide.
