A THREE-bed house in a popular seaside town could be yours for just £12,000 - but it's hiding a disgusting secret.
The property in Blackpool, Lancashire is just metres away from the town's iconic seafront.
But images reveal it has fallen victim to some unwanted guests.
The house has been overrun with pigeon squatters who have covered the rooms in droppings.
Everything inside is plastered with bird poo - from the furniture to the walls to even the previous residents' abandoned belongings.
In the Rightmove listing for the 1,141 sq ft house, the seller skirts round its obvious issue.

However, they do admit that it needs to be completely stripped out.
It reads: “The house is facing Haig Road with rear access to the yard via Adrian Street, just back from the seafront and beach.
“The property requires a strip out and re-fit.
“Interior photos were taken during an inspection in June 2023, the property has not been inspected by the auctioneers.”

Reddit users flooded to the site to discuss the disgusting interior, with one writing and "now I see why it's cheap" and another echoing "somehow £12,000 seems overpriced for this".
A different user raised concerns for the safety of the property, saying: “Quite a bit of pigeon s*** makes it hazardous to health."
Another poked fun at supposed doer-upper, typing: “Here's one of them £12,000 houses your grandparents are always telling you about. 'Bit of elbow grease and it'd be reet as rain, back in my day'."
And a fourth joked: “I could smell it from here.”
However, one anonymous user claimed the house might still be worth it for the cheap price-tag.
They said: "Houses on the road have gone for around £85,000. Probably go for £30,000, another £30,000 to do it up, still a nice little gain."
The controversial property will be sold at auction by Network Auctions Limited on December 5.
The sale comes after another home, in Edinburgh, went on the market for £195,000 - with a catch.
The party-loving owner had installed a full LED light display on the ceiling - not to mention a garish purple colour scheme.
One unimpressed prospective buyer wrote: “This might actually be the worst thing I’ve ever seen,” describing it as like “if the Addams family’s house was remade on the Sims by a goth teenager taking inspo from emo Tumblr pages”.
Meanwhile, another property went on sale with a huge secret - but this time, one that attracted buyers.
