Initially available for a limited time, it left fans wanting more.
Now, the sought-after Maltesers Gold are making a comeback, giving shoppers another chance to indulge.
Maltesers Gold feature the classic malt centre covered in a rich white chocolate coating with a golden caramel twist.
The unique flavour was spotted by eagle-eyed fans in B&M stores across the country.
Chocoholics were quick to share their love of the flavour.
One user posted: "OMG i love these".
Currently, no other major UK retailer stocks Maltesers Gold, making B&M the go-to destination for fans.
For those unable to find them locally, the only other option is ordering from online retailer The Australian Food Shop.
However, this comes at a hefty price.
A single pack costs £9.56, with an additional £7.97 delivery fee.
This isn't the first time people have spotted Australian treats at B&M.
The bargain retailer has previously stocked Aussie gems such as Cadbury's spotted the iconic Pinky Bars.
Shoppers have also found the Australian favourite Cherry Ripe Cadbury's dark chocolate.
Of course these chocolate gems are only available for a limited time, while stock lasts.
So, if you’re a fan of Maltesers Gold, it’s time to head to B&M before they’re gone again.
Shoppers aren’t wasting any time grabbing their packs of this sweet treat — don’t miss out.
It comes just after the store introduced a brand new Nestle chocolate bar that combines two iconic treats.
Social media users are already commenting that they're rushing out to their nearest store to find this new chocolate, and they're flying off the shelves.
The festive delights, which feature orange-flavoured milk chocolate in a crisp sugar shell, went down a treat with customers when they launched two years ago.
Cadbury released the sweet treat for fans to enjoy last year and appears to be doing the same ahead of Easter 2025.
Shoppers have given the citrus take on the classic snack glowing reviews with one saying it reminded them of an "upgraded version" of orange Smarties.
Another described the treat as "delicious" but joked that it should "come with a warning" as the bag was quickly gobbled up.
A third added that the chocolate was "very moreish" and a "great addition" to the range.

How to save money on chocolate
We all love a bit of chocolate from now and then, but you don't have to break the bank buying your favourite bar.
Consumer reporter Sam Walker reveals how to cut costs...
Go own brand - if you're not too fussed about flavour and just want to supplant your chocolate cravings, you'll save by going for the supermarket's own brand bars.
Shop around - if you've spotted your favourite variety at the supermarket, make sure you check if it's cheaper elsewhere.
Websites like Trolley.co.uk let you compare prices on products across all the major chains to see if you're getting the best deal.
Look out for yellow stickers - supermarket staff put yellow, and sometimes orange and red, stickers on to products to show they've been reduced.
They usually do this if the product is coming to the end of its best-before date or the packaging is slightly damaged.
Buy bigger bars - most of the time, but not always, chocolate is cheaper per 100g the larger the bar.
So if you've got the appetite, and you were going to buy a hefty amount of chocolate anyway, you might as well go bigger.
