The European Bar Guide has ranked the top 100 bars across the continent based on several factors including, character, atmosphere and value for money.
Not forgetting of course, where to find the best tipple and food.
The UK ranked well with the Holly Bush Inn in the village of Makeney, Derbyshire coming in at number 21 on the overall list and first in the UK.
It scored a whopping 9.5 out of 10 with judges calling it "characterful" and serving food which is "customer-focused".
Other UK based boozers to make the list were Norwich's Arboretum and The Alexandra Tavern.

The Laurieston landed in 32nd place and Hobo Kiosk in Liverpool made its first appearance, placing 89th.
This comes as the best beer in Britain was revealed after two years of judging.
Every year the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) takes nominations from across the country for its Champion Beer of Britain award.
Crouch Vale’s Amarillo was named the overall winner after a hard-fought final round of judging.
