Bizarre three-storey building shaped like a CRAB set to open in China next year

The three-floor museum is set to open in Suzhou, in the Jiangsu Province

THIS CRAB-TIVATING building has been making a splash in China.

The structure, which is still being built, will be used to house a museum on the shore of Yangcheng Lake - which is known for its tasty crabs.

The building’s architects have really earned their crust-acean by erecting it in the shape of a crab.

The crustaceans are known as Chinese Mitten Crabs, because they have bizarre furry cuffs around their claws which look like mittens.

The three-floor museum, which is made of stainless steel and stands 75 meters long and 16 meters high, is expected to open late next year in Suzhou, in the Jiangsu Province.

Looks like the architects managed to get around China’s tough building claws.
