Asda is selling a Christmas dinner PIZZA as a festive feast alternative

THIS year, supermarkets have been battling it out to launch the best alternative festive options for shoppers.
But not Asda. Oh no, it's launching a Christmas dinner PIZZA - and it's full of all the trimmings.
Topped with Brussels sprouts, roast potatoes and strips of roast chicken - and drizzled with cranberry sauce - the festive pizza will be sold at select stores from December 7.
It costs £2.60 for a 10 inch pizza or £4 for a 14 inch pizza.
While posh shops like Waitrose and M&S have launched whole new vegan and veggie ranges, it seem Asda knows where it's strengh is at.
It recons the twist on festive food is a the perfect alternative to the traditional roast Christmas dinner.
The supermarket is pretty good at giving shoppers what they want.
Back in September it launched a Cheesy Chips pizza.
The 13.5 inch pizza costs £4.50 and combines a serving of fries with a three cheese mix and sweet chilli sauce.
As if that wasn't enoguh, the supermarket also sells a Mac n' Cheese Pizza and a Takeaway Beef Kebab pizza too.
While some imaginative chefs at Rub Smokehouse and Bar in East Yorkshire have even created a YORKSHIRE pudding pizza.
