VALENTINE'S Day is supposed to be the most romantic day of the year but it's hard to remember that when you're thinking about eating out.

Crowded restaurants packed with extra seats to cash in and a waiter hovering nearby, hoping you'll finish your meal quicker so the next loved up couple can have your seats.
