A KFC customer filmed workers "smuggling raw chicken" into one store as the chain deals with delivery problems which has caused the closure of hundreds of shops.
The video appears to shows workers at a KFC in Erith, Kent, carrying boxes containing black bags through a fire door.
It has been shared hundreds of times on Facebook - as the fast food giant was forced to close more than 700 branches after it ran out of chicken due to problems with a new supplier.

KFC is now investigating the video but the the man who captured it, Danny Mercer, said he thinks the workers were trying to get around the delivery problems themselves.
: "I got KFC in Erith shut down because I caught them on videos smuggling raw chicken into the back of the restaurant out of the back of a car in black bags and boxes and refrigerated.
"Turns out there has been a delivery problem Nationwide for all KFC restaurants but I guess the manager of KFC in Erith took it into his own hands to get chicken."
WHAT HAS HAPPENED AT KFC?
ON Friday, the fast food giant had to close a number of its restaurants across the country after they ran out of chicken.
But by Monday the colonel had been forced to close more than 700 of its branches.
It said the problems were due to its new supplier suffering teething problems and wasn't able to give any indication about how long it will take to "clear the backlog".
Some stores are opening with reduced opening times and smaller menus.
Fans of fried chicken have ben quick to share their disappointment and frustrations on social media, with KFC apologising for the issue.

Mr Mercer claimed he was even told to f*** off by the workers when they caught him filming and said they had already brought in "about six bags from the boot" before he started filming.
He added that the shop was still open when he filmed the video on Saturday before it was closed in the afternoon.
More on money
The branch has since reopened.
A spokesman for KFC told The Sun Online: "“We’ve closed several of our restaurants because we won’t compromise the quality of our food, and it also goes without saying that food safety remains our top priority.
"When it comes to the safe handling and transport of food, we have strict policies in place, so we’re investigating this urgently and will take any necessary steps."
