Lidl is launching a new range of DIY tools next week, including a drill for £40
The budget supermarket has got you covered if you fancy a bit of home improvement this spring
IT might not quite feel like Spring just yet but sunnier weather HAS to be on its way soon.
And when it does, what better way to spend it than by getting on with some home improvement?
If you do fancy a spot of DIY, you'll want to head to Lidl next week.
The budget supermarket is launching a new range of tools, which has all your DIY needs covered.
Among the highlights of the sale is a 1050w Parkside hammer drill which you can pick up for just £39.99.
That's a pretty good price when you see that a - so you'll be saving £20.
A 2000w angle grinder, which can be used for cutting, grinding and polishing, is also on sale for £34.99, with the grinder accessories available for £3.99.

And if you're doing some precision woodwork or plastic cutting, you can get a sliding cross cut saw for £79.99.
It comes with a 210mm blade with a laser cutting guide, so you'll know your work is as accurate as possible.
A Powerfix aluminium ladder is also on sale for £79.99.
It extends to nearly to 3.5meters but retracts to just 85cms, so it's easy to store and can be used both outside and indoors.
And you can choose from a 31 or 41 piece ratchet and socket set, with both available for £7.99.
The tools will be available in Lidl stores nationwide from Thursday, April 19 - but will only be available until stocks last, so you better be quick if you want to take advantage.
The sale is the latest in a line spring offers from the budget supermarket, which aren't to do with food.
At the beginning of the month, it started selling musical instruments, with customers able to pick up a guitar for £39.99 and a Yamaha keyboard for £79.99.
And if you're exploring the great outdoors this summer, it's also selling a range of camping gear too.

Lidl reported its sale rocketed by 16 per cent in December as shoppers flocked to its stores to stock up on groceries for Christmas.
Both retailers are planing on opening more than 800 stores across the country by 2022.
