Morrisons slashes prices of its topside beef joints from £11 to £7 per kg

FANCY a meat fix? Don't despair, Morrisons has just announced a big discount on some of its best cuts.

The supermarket is selling its fresh topside beef joint for £7 per kg down from £11 per kg.

The deal means shoppers can pick up a small 800g cut f0r £5.60 instead of £8.80.

While a large 2kg joint, which serves from five to 10 people, now costs £14 down from £22.

That's a pretty good offer considering the same cut at M&S will set you back by .

The supermarket, which committed to sell British-only fresh meat, was recently selling a box with almost 2kg of meat for just £10.

It claimed the hamper had enough to feed a family of four for two weeks.

Morrisons first launched the deal in October last year.

Still, before heading to the shops make sure you've done your homework and check the various prices online as many retailers are running promotions.
