How to nab a last minute bargain or discount if you’re getting into the Royal Wedding party spirit
IT'S time to begin the preparations if you're planning to toast to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's big day - but you don't need to spend a fortune to host a royal party.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you're probably aware the Royal Wedding is taking place this weekend, with millions of people set to be watching.
The event could inject over £1billion into the country as retailers, pubs, and hotels are rushing to cash in.
From crisps to cakes and even condoms stores have gone wedding mad and there seems to be no limits to what can be turned into an expensive wedding souvenir.
But there are also plenty of good deals around if you're getting into the festive spirit.
We've looked into the best Royal Wedding related offers, so you can host a royal party without breaking the bank
Food
Iceland - £7 afternoon tea deal
The frozen food retailer is doing a Royal Party afternoon tea deal for just £7, for those who didn't get on the guest list.
The promotion include sweet and savoury snacks pairing Mr Kipling's Viennese Whirls and mini eclairs with the likes of pork pies.

Mini savoury eggs, cocktails sausages and Iceland's luxury strawberry conserve are also part of the deal.
It's quite a good offer considering it would usually cost you £8.24 or 15 per cent more to buy the products separately from Iceland.
Buying similar products separately from Morrisons would set you back by about £9.85.
Sainsbury's - Lemon cake
Instead of releasing a new expensive knock-off wedding treat, the supermarket slashed the price of its lemon cake to £2 - 75p less than its usual price tag.
Sainsbury's treat is available all year round but it looks like the supermarket cut its price this weekend because it shares a common ingredient with Meghan and Harry's actual wedding cake.
The cake serves six people and you can pick it up for a discount price until May 22.
It's worth noting than Iceland and Morrisons' knock-off wedding cakes will set you back £8 and £7 respectively.
Asda 2 for £5 on barbecue food
If you're hosting a barbecue party, it's worth checking what Asda has on offer.
The supermarket is doing a two for £5 deal on a range of BBQ foods. It means you'll be able to to pick up items worth £2.70 for £5 saving about 40p.
The promotion includes a variety of beef and turkey burgers as well as kebabs.
Morrisons 2 for £3 on fruits and berries
Shoppers can pick up two pack of berries or fruits for £3 until May 20.
All the products cost between £1.72 to £2 each, meaning shoppers can save up to £1 by picking up two for £3.
The promotion includes Morrisons' strawberries, grapes, blueberries and even apples.
To compare, at Tesco just one pack of blueberries will set you back by £3.
At budget supermarket Lidl, where one pack cost £1.99, you would be paying £3.98 for two.
The deal is perfect for those planning to celebrate Harry and Meghan's big day with picnic on the park.
Co-op - Doritos for £1
The Co-op is selling 150g pack of Doritos for £1 down from £1.89
Shoppers can chose between the Chilli Heatwave, Cool Original or Tangy Cheese flavours.
If you miss the offer they are also available for that price at Asda.
Tesco - any three for £6 on party food
Tesco launched a three for £6 meal deal on party food - including mozarella balls, chicken and chorizo pastries and salami.
The offer includes about 50 products and it will be running until June 5.
All the items costs £2.50 each and shoppers can save £1.50 by picking up three different snacks from the range for £6.
Bear in mind that depending on the products you'll pic.k it might be cheaper to buy them separately elsewhere.

Morrisons - Magnum of Prosecco £10
The supermarket is selling a bottle of Prosecco that's more than twice the size of a normal bottle of fizz for £10 down from £16.
Most bottles of fizz contain about 750ml, while a magnum usually has 1.5 litres.
It’s quite a good deal considering the cheapest bottle at the supermarket - the Menestrello Prosecco Spumante - is worth £6, so you would be paying £12 for two.
Asda and Aldi - Prosecco for £5
Fizz lovers can also toast to the happy couple with a bottle of Yellow Label Prosecco worth a fiver.
Asda is selling bottles of the award-winning bubbly for £5 down from £6 ahead of the upcoming royal nuptials.
Meanwhile, Aldi reduced the prices of its Belleti Prosecco Spumante to just £4.99.
Sainsbury's - Champagne £27
If you want to impress your guests this weekend, a posh bottle of Moët & Chandon should do the trick.
Created from more than 100 different wines, the Moët Imperial style is distinguished by a bright fruitiness with notes of green apple and white flowers.
And you can now get it for a discount price at Sainsbury's, which is selling a 75cl bottle for £27 down from £35.
The retailer's offer will be available until May 22.
Tesco - Heineken can lager beer 15 bottles for £10
Tesco's selling 15 bottles of Heineken for £10 down from £13 - a 20 per cent discount.
The next best price we found was at Asda, which is selling the same amount of beer for £12.
The offer is available until June 28.
Aldi's Austin's summer punch
At just £5.99, Aldi's Austin's Classic Summer Punch is 70 per cent cheaper than your average bottle of Pimms - which retails at £18.
At 21.9 per cent alcohol against Pimm’s 25 per cent Austin's punch is slightly less alcoholic than the real thing.
During last year's heatwave sales of Aldi's Punch more than doubled as Britain sweltered.
So bear in mind stock is likely to be limited in some stores.
Party decorations
Poundland - flags, cutlery, masks
Poundland has launched a cheap and cheerful range of products to help you celebrate.
The collection includes everything you need to host a royal theme knees up, including flags, cutlery and even Meghan Markle and Prince Harry masks.Everything is priced at £1 - except for the mug which is £2.
It's quite a good discount considering the flags can set you back by up to £3 on Amazon, while masks cost up to £3.80 on some online party stores.
B&M - garden range
B&M is selling a tartan picnic rug for £4.99 - half its recommended price of £10.
The water resistant blanket is available in four colours in stores and online.
The next cheapest we found is from Ikea and it costs £6.
If you're throwing a more sophisticate garden party, B&M is also selling Barcelona garden chairs for £15 instead of £20 - available in three colours.
The retailer also slashes prices on its cooler bar table which is now available for £19.99 instead of £59.99.
Wilko - Gazebo
Wilko has slashed prices on its garden furniture and we spotted this pop up gazebo which selling for £50.
That's a £10 discount compared to its usual £60 price tag.
At 3 x 3m, this gazebo provides plenty of space for you to place tables and chairs underneath it and out of direct sunlight.

B&M - Wedding decorations
Bargain store B&M is running discounts across its wedding range, which launched in February.
The budget store's Happily Ever After Line includes a £1 packet of silver confetti, and floral bunches which start at just £1.50.
But it has now slashed the price of its ceramic to £1.49 down from £2.49.
You can also pick a set of 24 thank you cards for £1 instead of £1.99.
