The house is just seven-metre-long, almost three-metre-wide and has a maximum height of four metres. Overall, it has a total floorspace of 20 sq metres.

To compare an average house in England and Wales has a floor area of about 104 sq m.

Despite its tiny dimensions it features a spacious kitchen and living area as well as a large bedroom flooded with natural light.

Meanwhile, the master bath suite comes complete with marble styled walls and a fully tiled shower fit for a king.

“Automation is threaded deep into the layers of design in this home,” added Tiny Heirloom.

“With a linear actuator TV lift and touch activated storage door openers this home makes you feel ahead of time. A secondary swivel TV in the master loft provides great viewing from the comfort of your bed or from the kitchen below.

For pet lovers, there's even a handcrafted built-in dog kennel to keep their pup close by and secure when needed.

The property is built on a  trailer, so it can be towed virtually anywhere.

Most tiny homes don’t factor in the need for social space, but the interior design was left relatively empty to create a flexible area, according to Tiny Heirloom.

The property was recently feature on US television series Tiny Luxury. Sadly, it was designed especially for a private client, so it's not for sale.

Tiny homes are a new trend that more home buyers are looking into.

In 2016, an architect designed tiny "pod" apartments on stilts above car parks, which can save space and decrease cost for homeowners.
