THE stunning family home owned by Sophie Ellis-Bextor's dad where the pop star regularly stayed is on the market for £2.35m.
Robin Bextor, the singer's TV and film producer father, and his wife Polly have owned Berwick House in Berwick, East Sussex, for more than a decade.
The five-bedroom Victorian house is the perfect place for hosting visiting family with a guest cottage in the grounds and an outdoor heated swimming pool.
The singer, who had hits with Murder on the Dancefloor, Groovejet and Take Me Home, and her children often head to her father and stepmother's home for the weekend.
The beautiful Arts & Crafts-style property has been extended by the Bextors to create a fabulous 30ft long kitchen/dining/family room with bespoke painted units, granite worktops and a three-oven Aga.
The main house has 3,072 sq ft of accommodation with an entrance hall, reception room, drawing room, the large kitchen, five bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The guest cottage, studio and outbuildings add another 1,567 sq ft to the property.
The grounds cover two acres with lovely landscaped gardens, flower and shrub borders, a heated outdoor pool and an eco pond. There is also a hot tub with decking at the rear of the guest cottage.
The property is in an elevated position and has stunning uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside to the South Downs and it is believed English artist Eric Ravilious painted his famous piece The Long Man of Wilmington from the property.
The house is now on the market with estate agents Winkworth.

Angela Ramsey from Winkworth said: "The house has the most stunning views towards the South Downs and mature gardens of about two acres.
"Mr and Mrs Bextor has been there for about 12 years and Sophie Ellis-Bextor takes the grandchildren up there, it's one of her favourite things, to go there and spend the weekend with family.
"They've created a real bespoke wow factor kitchen to the rear, it's 30ft long and very much a family entertaining space.
"They also built a studio in the garden for Robin to work from home and there's a little guesthouse in the garden for guests that want a bit of privacy.
"It's a beautiful Arts & Crafts style home, a lovely family house, great for entertaining."
