Smarties has changed its name – but only for Halloween
The new bags of sweets are made up of only the orange and brown Smarties and cost £1 from Asda
NESTLE is launching a ghoulish inspired packet of Smarties where the confectionery brand's iconic moniker has been changed to Scaries.
But be warned, after October 31, the spooky snacks will disappear from shelves.
The new snack bags are only available in Asda for £1 at the moment, but you'll be able to pick them up in Tesco from October 3.
Available in 112g bags, only orange and brown Smarties are included to reflect the colours of autumn and Halloween.
A standard portion is made up of 16 sweets and contains 91 calories - although if you scoff the whole sharing bag yourself then you're looking at around 537 calories.
The packets cost the same as other special edition Smarties too, such as the Orange Smarties sharing bags and the Unicorn coloured ones too.
Although if you're not bothered about what coloured Smarties you snack on then you're better off buying an original sharing pack that costs £1 for a bigger 118g from Sainsbury's and Tesco.
