Only available to buy "under the counter," the new treat won't be in Krispy Kreme cabinets at supermarkets.

But you can get hold of the purple-frosted treat if you walk into a Krispy Kreme store and tell the cashier: 'I See Vimto In Krispy Kreme'.

The secret menu item costs £1.90, so it's slightly more expensive than a £1.55 Original Glazed or a £1.70 Chocolate Iced, Strawberry Gloss, or Chocolate Sprinkles ring.

But for an extra few pennies, you do get a ring of purple icing that tastes like Vimto - the soft drink flavoured with grapes, raspberries and blackcurrants.

The new limited-edition treat will be available to buy at all Krispy Kreme stores in the UK from October 8, but only for a week until October 14.

They won't be on display, so you will have to ask the cashiers at the till for one if you fancy trying the new flavour.
