Nando’s is bringing back its churrasco burger – but not for long

The burger is made with two flame-grilled chicken thighs, fino coleslaw, cheddar cheese and a barbecue-flavoured sauce - but you've only got a month to get your hands on it

CALLING all chicken lovers - Nandos is bringing back the churrasco burger but it's only for a limited time.

The meal is made up of a combination of two flame-grilled chicken thighs, fino coleslaw, cheddar cheese and barbecue-flavoured Churrasco Perinaise.

The fillers are all sandwiched in a traditional Portuguese roll.

Drooling yet? We know we are.

The burgers - which contain 186 calories according to - were first rolled out for a limited time in February 2017 and they're being brought back for a good reason.

Up to 25p from the sale of each of the burgers will go towards the restaurant's charity, Nando's Fighting Malaria, which funds projects in Mozambique.

The chain has also promised to donate 10p for every 2M beer sold to the cause, and if you buy the burger and bev together they'll upgrade the donation to 50p per sale.

They costs £7.75 each and will be available in restaurants across the UK from October 1.

But you'll only have four weeks - until October 31 - to get your hands on them so you'll need to act fast.

Making a Nando's at home has never been easier thanks to its vast line of Peri-Peri sauces that you can buy in the supermarkets.

In fact, the restaurant chain introduced a new sauce last month. The coconut and lemon flavoured sauce is the latest to join the bunch of spicy condiments and costs £2.05 a bottle.

The Portuguese food chain has also admitted that its side of fries are actually McCain's oven chips - the exact same ones that you keep in the freezer at home.
