Fanta launches two posh new flavours in time for Halloween after 150,000 Brits voted for their favourites
The two new flavours will be available for a limited time only over the spooky season
FANTA has announced its latest trick and treat for Halloween - two brand new flavours.
Blood orange and pink grapefruit flavours have been created for the sweet toothed season, offering punters something fancier than the usual fruit twist and orange flavours.
The new flavours were created after 150,000 Brits voted in a Fanta flavour election, with blood orange and pink grapefruit coming out on top.
It is believed by some that Fanta may be squaring itself to take on more upmarket drinks brands such as San Pellegrino.
The Italian San Pellegrino is owned by Nestlé, one of Fanta's parent company Coca-Cola's main rivals.
San Pellegrino already offers some fancy fizz flavours such as blood orange and grapefruit, as well as clementine, orange and pomegranate.
But Fanta's new flavours are likely to only be limited edition, created exclusively for the Halloween season.
And it isn't just two new flavours that will be transforming Fanta-stocked shelves, with the exterior of the existing cans getting a new make-over for the occasion.
Artist Noma Bar has given the new flavours a Halloween twist, adorning the Fanta bottles and cans with ghoulish graphics.
Including the new flavours, his designs will be featured on packs of Fanta Orange, Orange Zero, Fruit Twist, Fruit Twist Zero and Fanta Lemon.
