Aldi’s £3 foot-long pig in blanket is in stores this week

ALDI has got shoppers excited with the launch of its foot-long pigs in blankets and now you can finally get your hands on them.
You'll be able to pick them up in store from Thursday December 6, just in time for your festive celebrations.
The pork sausages come wrapped in smoked streaky bacon, and they won't break the bank at £2.99 for a pack of two.
Aldi isn't the only supermarket selling the super sized sausages as Asda has also launched its own foot long version for £5.
Compared to the budget supermarket it's more expensive at £5, but you do get more for your money as it weights a huge 650g - Aldi's in comparison weighs 200g a sausage.
But both supermarkets say their foot-long sausages can be shared by up to 10 people, so there'll be plenty to go around at your Christmas dinner.
It seems shoppers can't wait to get their hands on the sausage showstoppers.
Twitter user Adam wrote: "Aldi are selling foot long pigs in blankets this Christmas. Which means I shall be making my first 'foot long pigs in blanket' hot dog."
Meanwhile another user said: "there's a pig in blanket that's about a foot long in Asda thank u science".
