WE can all agree that fast food is a delicious guilty pleasure - and it tastes even better if you use our tips to get it free.
There are ways of bagging free food and drink at KFC, Greggs and Gourmet Burger Kitchen (GBK) right now, and all you have to do is download their apps.
Fried chicken chain KFC is offering a free side dish, such as fries or popcorn chicken, worth up to £1.79 when you sign up to its app.
High street burger restaurant GBK also gives customers a free side dish and a free side of sauce worth up to £5.50 when you sign up to its app too.
Meanwhile, bakery chain Greggs gives you a free hot drink worth up to £2 when you download its app.

Customers will receive a free side of "baconnaise" sauce worth £1.25 just for signing up.
And if you refer a friend who goes on to download the app, both of you will receive a voucher for a free side dish that you can redeem at any restaurant.
We recommend ordering the most expensive £4.25 sides of sweet potato fries or truffle cheese fries to get your money's worth if you can.
Greggs
If you download the Greggs app and sign up to its , it will give you a free hot drink worth up to £2 just for signing up.
The most expensive drinks on the menu are a large mocha, cappuccino, latte or tea so order one of these to grab the best value freebie.
The bakery chain will also send you vouchers for free treats around your birthday if you enter your date of birth.
You can pay with the app and there are extra rewards if you do, such as being entered into a monthly £50 prize draw.
KFC
If you download the KFC app and join the , you can earn virtual stamps when you order from the menu that will get you money off food and drink.
But most people don't know that you will receive three stamps just for signing up to the club on the app.
Three stamps is enough to bag a free side dish.
KFC advises its customers to use the stamps to get two free extra hot wings worth 99p.
But our advice is to order any large side such as fries or beans instead, as they're worth £1.69.
