Poundstretcher is selling an LED air freshener that you can use as a night light for little ones
IF your kids are scared of the dark, you can now light up the room and make it smell nice at the same time thanks to Poundstretcher.
This is because the bargain shop is selling LED air fresheners for just £1 in all of its stores.
The novelty night lights were first spotted by a savvy shopper in the , who put up a video of the glowing product, revealing it's true purpose.
Press play and a glowing air freshener-come-kids light turns from pink to purple, blue, white and then finally, green.
Perhaps not surprisingly, the odd air freshener quickly became a hot topic in the bargaining group.
One keen dad said: "What a cheap way of getting them to sleep at night, I’m going to have to pick one of these up."
Another quipped: "Wow I need to get one of these for my daughter! She’s going to love it.”
"Where were these when my kids were little," said another.
One mum, who had already jumped on the bandwagon, even offered a tip to make the most of the air-freshener-night-light.
She said: "If you take the wrapper off it looks even better!"
The Air Clear fresheners are available in four scents - linen, lily, lavender and cherry.
Just be careful and make sure your children don't eat them as they could be toxic.
They're not the first ones of its kind around, although they're the cheapest we could find.
For example, colour-changing air fresheners by Bloome will set you back £4.95 each on eBay.
Poundshop.com has previously sold them for just £1, but it's currently run out of stock.
Poundstretcher has 452 stores, including shops under its Bargain Buys branding, across the UK. You can find your nearest one using .
