BACK TO SCHOOL

Aldi’s school uniform is back and you can kit out your kids for just £4.50

PARENTS up and down the country will be able to pick up a uniform package for their kids for just £4.50 at Aldi this summer.

The discounter is bringing back its set price uniform next month, which is down from £5 last year.

It's the same price that Lidl sold its bundle for last year, but it hasn't yet revealed any details of this year's range yet.

The budget-friendly package at Aldi consists of a two-pack of polo shirts (£1.75), one sweatshirt (£1) and either a pair or trousers or a skirt (£1.75).

It covers all kids from three-years-old to 11.

Of course, if your children don't need a whole new set then you can pick up the items individually too.

The range will be available to pre-order online from Sunday July 7, and it'll then land in Aldi stores on Thursday July 11.

You'll need to be quick though as the clothes are part of Aldi's Specialbuys, meaning they're only available as long as stocks last.

The range also includes Jersey trousers and skirts for £2.79 each, as well as a two-pack of pinafores in the same fabric for £6.99.

Similar to last year, shoppers can also get bargains on bags, shoes, socks as well as workbooks.

Last July, Asda launched a school uniform shop where a bundle would set you back £7.50.

While parents would have to fork out a higher £10.50 at Tesco.
