McDonald’s has SOLD OUT of bacon rolls across the UK
FAST food chain McDonald's expects to sell out of bacon rolls this weekend.
The new breakfast menu addition has proved so popular with customers that it will be unavailable in the majority of McDonald's 1,270 UK restaurants.
A spokesperson said that "sales have surpassed all expectations and due to this unprecedented demand, it will be temporarily unavailable this weekend".
It hopes to have the popular product, which was added to the menu last month, back in stock early next week.
The porker comes with a sourdough bun, flour topping and three rashers of crispy bacon and is served with brown sauce or ketchup.
It costs £2.70, although, prices do vary between branches.
It has 351 calories, 3.4g of saturated fat and 7.9g of sugar.
