McDonald’s now does delivery in Chicago and Indiana
MCDONALD'S has just announced it will be expanding its delivery service - so you can get your Happy Meal delivered to your door in two more states.
The lucky additions are Chicago and northwestern Indiana - making the chain accessible via delivery to 10,000 locations.
McDonald's announced delivery service DoorDash would be the new states' official partner.
Earlier this year, it trialled DoorDash in Houston, Texas which allowed the chain to open up delivery at 9,000 more locations.
The fast food chain first launched McDelivery in 2017 - exclusively partnering with Uber Eats.
To celebrate the launch and partnership, new DoorDash customers in and around the Chicago area can get $5 off orders over $15 with the code DASHMCD.
The code is valid until September 9, 2019 - but we don't know how far into northwest Indiana the offer stretches to.
Cafe chain Panera joined up with Lil Nas X to get him to delivery an order to a lucky fan to promote their own delivery expansion - sadly McDonald's hasn't announced a famous singer-turned delivery person.
