Starbucks fan reveals how to order ‘secret’ Cinderella Latte as coffee chain launches autumn menu
ONE Disney lover has revealed how you can turn the popular Pumpkin Spice Latte into a whole new drink, and fans can’t wait to try it.
This "secret" drink is magical twist on everyone’s autumn favourite, the Pumpkin Spice Latte - or PSL, as coffee-lovers call it.
The much-loved PSL returned to Starbucks branches across the UK today, September 5.
To make the Cinderella Latte, all you have to do is order a PSL and ask the barista to swap half of the Pumpkin Spice syrup with White Mocha syrup.
For example, a normal Grande size Pumpkin Spice Latte has four pumps of their signature Pumpkin Spice syrup.
So, you can get your "secret" Cinderella Latte by asking your barista for two pumps of Pumpkin Spice syrup and two pumps of White Mocha syrup.
You can order your Cinderella Latte hot, cold or as a Frappuccino - whichever you prefer.
At one London branch we checked, this special order cost £4.35 - £3.85 for a Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte and £0.50 for the White Mocha syrup - but prices will vary.
If you have a real sweet tooth, you can even ask for full pumps of both the Pumpkin Spice and White Mocha syrups.
It's called a Cinderella Latte because the combination of white and pumpkins reminded the creator of Cinderella’s pumpkin carriage.
The enchanting recipe was first shared by Instagram account , which sells Disney-inspired clothing.
The account is run by user , a mum-of-two who posts regular photos of her with her family at DisneyLand.
And, this isn’t the only Disney-themed drink she has created.
In the caption of a recent post, she said: “I was a barista @starbucks for 7 years here in the Seattle area and I came up with a couple of Disney inspired drinks to spread a little magic to my customers & coworkers.
“I’ll be sharing another one soon!”
Over 300 people have posted shots of their Starbucks order with the hashtag , with fans describing it as “absolutely delicious” and their “go-to drink” during the autumn.
For the first time, customers can order an iced version of this autumn classic, as well as a pumpkin spice frappuccino and an iced pumpkin spice cold foam macchiato.
There’s also a vegan-friendly sauce, which means vegans can now enjoy the drink with almond or oat milk.
