KFC’s £1.99 lunch offer is back – and it’s cheaper than a Tesco meal deal
FORGET boring cheese sandwiches - KFC has brought back its bargain lunch deal costing just £1.99 and it's cheaper than a Tesco meal deal.
The "Fill up Lunch" - which is available at selected stores before 3pm - includes a mini fillet burger, two hot wings and a regular fries.
Bought separately, the fillet burger usually costs £1.79, the hot wings cost £1.19, and the regular fries cost £1.49, setting you back a whopping £4.47.
Thankfully, KFC is offering all these items together for just £1.99 in their lunch deal, saving you £2.48.
A meal deal from Tesco, Sainsbury’s or Boots would set you back around £3.
But, the KFC lunch deal means you can get a tasty hot meal for less than the price of a boring sandwich, drink and a packet of crisps.
The KFC lunch deal doesn’t come with a drink, so you’ll have to purchase one separately if you need something to quench your thirst.
The "Fill up Lunch" is only available until October 19, giving you just under six weeks to give it a try.
The deal first ran for six weeks from May 9, and the offer was only available on the KFC app.
KFC then brought the deal back in July, but this time you could take advantage of it without having to use the app.
Now, the delicious deal is back for the third time to satisfy your lunch cravings.
Just like last time, there’s no need to download the app to get this deal, just visit your nearest KFC store and place your order.
The deal is only available at participating stores, though, so check with your local branch so you aren’t disappointed.
You can also only get the lunch deal if you order before 3pm.
We've asked KFC how many of its 890 stores you'll be able to get the deal at and we'll update this story as soon as we get a response.
