First-ever Iceland cafe to open in Devon where you can also buy frozen food from their menu
ICELAND is opening its first-ever café where customers can try and buy frozen food from the supermarket.
The new eatery will be based in a new The Range opening in Paignton, Devon, on September 27.
reports how the café will sell a selection of meals that can be bought frozen from the supermarket.
If customers like what they’ve eaten, they can purchase it directly at the café from freezers on site.
Iceland and The Range first announced their partnership in August 2018, with the supermarket selling its food in three of the DIY chain’s stores.
Six months later in February 2019, reported that the trial had been a success with both sides agreeing to roll it out nationwide.
The Paignton store is the first branch that will see Iceland food sold in a café setting.

Chris Dawson, owner and found of The Range, was quote by Cornwall Live as saying: “We are really excited about this new concept and you can now actually try before you buy.
"With our sales already climbing by over 16 per cent this year it is new ideas like this that keep the business fresh and moving forward."
