House-hunters left horrified over disgusting £170k home FULL of rubbish – with messy kitchen and filthy toilet

A FILTHY four-bedroom home has left house-hunters horrified - as its full of rubbish.

The house in Coventry has hit the market for just £170,000, but it's in need of a serious clean up.

Photos show unmade beds, stained toilets and a cluttered kitchen work top.

Dirty dish towels have been left on the kitchen floor, there are an array of pots and pans hiding counterspace while the oven seems to be used as a storage space.

Estate agents Springbok Properties described the property as "boasting plenty of characterful, generously-sized rooms".

They added: "This is a highly promising end-terrace property offering huge potential for any buyer seeking a redecoration project in order to increase their new home’s value or to add their own stamp."

The advertisement said: "The property has a downstairs toilet complete with a hand-wash basin and a WC.

"The four bedrooms accessible from this landing are good-sized, with plenty of natural light and huge amounts of promise.

"Currently there is an extension being built on the property. The owners have seized work on the project and will need to be completed by the new owners."

The estate agents labelled the home improvement project as "ramshackle" - but also told prospective buyers it is "a highly promising, exciting project."

"The property is in need of modernisation and redecoration," the listing said.

The home is located "advantageously" close to the M6 motorway, Coventry Arena and within a short distance of the city centre.

The property is accessible to view through Zoopla.

This is not the only property advertisement to gain attention for an unusual reason.

A studio apartment in London available for £900 per month sparked interest as the oven was accessible from the bed in 'private kitchenette'.

Another two-bedroom house in Hull, East Yorks., was listed for £5,000 but only external viewings are available as the property hasn't actually been inspected yet.
