THIS three bedroom family home could be yours for just £35,000 - but it could take you a while to move in.
The property in Middlesbrough has been described as the ";perfect renovation project" - which is just a nice way of saying how much work needs doing to make it liveable.
Exposed brick, ripped wallpaper and boarded-up windows doesn't really suggest a buyer could move in straight away.
Listed on , the home in the North Ormesby area has double-glazed windows and light-wood flooring - which seems to have a weird slug-like trail in the lounge.
And if the wood panel for a kitchen window doesn't shock you, the bright pink room upstairs with a broken boiler in might.
The house definitely has potential with two large bedrooms and a large reception room, which once stripped "provides an ideal space for family time".

Although there isn't a picture for the bathroom, which is slightly worrying, it has a bath, sink and toilet.
You also can't view the kitchen but the property site says it "boasts a number of wall, base and draw units, plumbing for washing machine, space for fridge freezer, stainless steel sink with mixer taps, gas/electrical points for cooker".
While a small section on the garden can be seen in the pictures, it does not state whether it has a grass area.
However, overgrown plants do seem to creep in on the back bedroom.

The front of the home doesn't look as bad as the inside and could potentially be transformed into a driveway.
So even though it is extremely cheap, it will cost you a bit to make it into a home.
