My neighbours ruined my carpark with their huge Mercedes – I got my petty revenge so they’ll never do it again
A HOMEOWNER has revealed how they took petty revenge on a driver who ruined their carpark with a huge Mercedes.
The driver revealed their nightmare as their neighbour's hulking SUV began to be parked closer and closer to their own car... making it impossible to get out.
Posting anonymously on Reddit, the cunning resident explained that each flat in their building has an assigned space in a carpark beneath the building, which the irritating neighbour began to violate.
The poster recalled: "My parking space had a concrete pillar on one side making my parking space a bit smaller than the others and a little more challenging to get into.
"I had a small Ford Escape and I’m pretty good at backing in so it wasn’t a big deal.
"That is until my parking spot neighbours got a brand new Mercedes SUV."
They added that it was fine if the whopping 4x4 was parked within the lines of its own reserved space, but that its driver soon began to stray across the boundary.
They said: "They began to park on the line and then over the line.
"The first couple of times I shrugged it off and figured that they would eventually learn to park the behemoth."
However, things all came to a head after the post's author came back from a night out with their partner and the Merc was "more than a foot" into their space.

It was then that they decided to take their clever revenge.
They explained: "There was barely enough space to fit my car but with the power of p****d-offery I did it.
"Then I decided that I wasn’t close enough to their new SUV and I proceeded to re-align my car until you couldn’t see day light between the two.
"To top it off I cut my tires all the way to the left so that they sat in front of the Mercedes’. I then left the car there for three days and didn’t move it."
It drastic measure seemed to get the message across, as the Merc driver apparently never repeated the error.
commenters were universally on the side of the storyteller, with one writing: "Good job!
"Many years ago I stopped at a bank with a very small parking lot. Lot was full except for one space that had a car parked way into the remaining space. I wedged my old jeep in there, blocking the driver's side door of the offending car.
"I completed my transaction and went outside to two people waiting to get in their car. Maybe they learned their lesson. Who knows? But I felt good."
A second reader praised: "Great job. That's the perfect solution."
Meanwhile, a third simply added: "I cackled. This is genius."
