Alfa Romeo’s long-lived 6C model made its debut in 1925.

This particular 6C model was presented from Alfa Romeo Italy to Alfa Romeo UK in May 1969.

The seller has owned the car since 2010, and ordered a thorough bare metal re-spray around two years ago, so it looks brand new.

The 246 Dino has to be one of the most prettiest cars ever made, which is probably no surprise given that it was designed by Pininfarina and built by Scaglietti.

Only 1,274 were manufactured in three years of production, and of those cars, only 16 were supplied to the UK - with this 190bhp model having covered just over 49,000 miles.

Silverstone Auctions said: "The car on offer here is exceptional, even by the Twin Sparks Collections' extremely high standards.

The Gallardo LP560 is finished in a stunning shade of Arancio Borealis, or orange to you and me.

And this UK-spec LP560-4 was supplied new on the 7th of November 2008 to its first and only registered keeper, who has travelled less than 1,830 miles in the car.

As expected, the exterior remains in excellent condition, and the interior retains that addictive ‘new car’ smell.

With beautiful Giugiaro-styled bodywork and a glorious Ferrari V6 soundtrack, this Fiat Coupé from 1969 could be the bargain of the show.

With a gorgeous metallic Burgundy finish, it has a full body restoration from the mid-2000s and a complete engine and gearbox rebuild by DK Engineering from 2017 that have left it in stunning condition.

This comes after a classic Mini tucked away in a dusty garage for 33 years has been sold for an eye-watering amount at auction.

Plus, a rare Mini that was abandoned in a shed for decades has sold for more than £52,000 at auction.
