My neighbour constantly blocks our double driveway – I’m going to fence it off, but everyone is saying the same thing
A HOMEOWNER has revealed that a neighbour is constantly blocking their double driveway, so they're going to fence it off - but everyone is saying the same thing.
The motorist claims they have contacted the local authorities, but nothing has been done to help resolve the situation.
Reddit user took to social media to get advice from other drivers in similar situations.
The motorist uploaded a picture of their neighbour's Chevrolet parked in the middle of their double driveway, blocking the access to their garage.
And the poster thinks the neighbour parks there frequently in order to get him to foot the bill for a fence, so she won't have to spend thousands of pounds on putting one up.
The motorist said: "She had a survey done and she knows she's parking over the line.

"They are parking this way when it would be normal to park down by their garage.
"I just don't want to give them any satisfaction in joining in their games, but I do want to be able to drive in and out."
The post has had more than 41,000 views on Reddit - and over 5,500 comments.
Most people in the comments say they should tow their neighbour's car or paint a line to divide the parking spaces.

One said: "Land surveyor here, get a survey done and the line marked if you can afford it, pull a string line and paint the driveway marking the property line. If they're ever caught parked across it, call a tow truck."
Another said: "I would actually build one, and it would look like the worst fence ever.
"The line would be severely crooked, and I would paint it with so many fucking terrible colours. F*** her. I love petty revenge."
A third pointed out: "Like someone else suggested: paint a line on the property line, then call to have her towed every time she's over it."
This comes after a woman revealed how she took revenge on the friends of her teen neighbour after they repeatedly parked over her driveway.
Plus, a Reddit user was left fuming after they found an angry note on their car criticising their parking - but they've no idea what they did wrong.
