I left my car with Britain’s ‘worst’ airport parking firm – I found it covered in MUD & delivery driver was an ‘idiot’
A DRIVER says she left her car with Britain's "worst" airport parking firm before finding it covered in mud - adding that her delivery driver was an "idiot".
Abi Hopkins posted a one-star review on Trustpilot after leaving her motor at Deals4Parking near Heathrow Airport.
She wrote: "Initially, the arrival service seemed OK - but I was a bit concerned.
"The driver I handed my car keys to did not appear to have any ID on him, which I would have expected to see."
Abi was instructed to let the firm know when she was through customs on her return.
When she landed at Heathrow after flying back from her holiday, she tried ringing the parking firm - but no one picked up.

Deals4Parking is not affiliated with Heathrow, and the airport does not endorse any parking service except its own official one.
She said: "Tried calling when we arrived back in the UK - but I couldn't get through to the number as it kept cutting off.
"I eventually got through to be told rudely that the car would be on its way within 30 minutes.
"It's really frustrating to be told you have to wait that length of time for your car to be dropped off, particularly after a long flight."

But the motorist told how the worst lay in store for her when her car finally arrived.
Abi said: "The car eventually turned up with a really surly delivery driver - it was absolutely filthy.
"There was mud all the way up the doors and when we asked where it had been parked, we were met with attitude.
"It turns out that the car had been parked near to a building site with clay mud all over the tyres and up the sides."
She added: "There wasn't even an acknowledgment that the car had gotten dirty.
"The delivery driver was an insolent idiot. There is no customer service whatsoever.
"Everyone I spoke to was incredibly rude and I was spoken to like they were doing me a favour.
"I'd rather walk to Heathrow dragging my cases behind me than use this outfit again."
Heathrow Airport declined to comment.
