A DRIVER is praying for some more snow after installing a new driveway system.
In a YouTuber video, the driver unveiled how to cut costs on a driveway add-on that guarantees he won't have to shovel snow.
"Today I become the [most] hated person on my entire block," the YouTuber, Jeff Wybo () said in the five-year-old video before panning to a completely excavated driveway.
"I'm installing a heated driveway."
At the time, Wybo lived in a seemingly newly constructed neighborhood with dozens of contemporary modern houses.
He said all of his neighbors already had their driveways paved, but he opted to pave his own driveway to save money.
"You could do this with your builder, but I was able to save a little bit of cost with people I know," he said.
Instead, his home was built with forms placed around his driveway leading up to the garage.
Using his "buddies," Wybo is able to build several layers of heating product, snaking through the base of the driveway.
Layers of tarp, PVC piping, and metal grates hold the entire heating system in place before the driveway is paved.

The system hooks up to the driver's home for easy access.
He linked two Amazon products - salt and a shovel - into the video's caption.
"What you will never, ever, ever need ever again," he wrote, referencing the two items.
Finally, a concrete slab layer is mixed and laid on the heating system.
A layer of blue protective casing is laid over the final product before it received the last powerwash.
Several people jumped into the video's comment section to praise the construction and share their excitement to see the driveway in action.
"Waiting for a good snowstorm," one commenter said.

Several other drivers have shared their driveway DIYs on social media.
A TikToker built a "rustic" driveway addition after spending just $75 at Lowe's and Amazon.
"I could not be more obsessed," she said when the job was completed.
