‘Mama bear came out’, says furious woman after she was fat shamed at Asda by cruel bullies who left her a note

A STUNNED mum was left 'fuming' after a nasty message was pinned to her car while she was shopping.
Mum-of-one Paige Murray was shopping in her local Asda branch when she spotted the thoughtless fat-shaming note had been left on her motor.

Essex-based Paige had been parked up in a parent and child car parking spot to get some bits before heading to a slap-up lunch with her in-laws.
But when returning to her wheels with her son Daniel, she noticed an odd note that had been placed on her motor.
Almost in tears, Paige looked on in horror as the note read: "No children were in this car - lazy fat b***h".
The handwritten note had been brazenly placed on her windscreen for all to see, and Paige said she was left "fuming" by the rude note.

She said: "I hope whoever wrote this note is ashamed of themselves, It's a cheap low blow to call someone fat.
"It cast a dampener on the day because I was irritated, I'm quite thick-skinned and mama bear did come out, I felt like they should have said it to my face.
"It was very upsetting to the point where I was really angry and I was nearly crying because I was so frustrated.
"Perhaps someone saw me get out of the car and because he was strapped to me in a harness they didn't spot him.

"Had it been someone who wasn't having a good day or perhaps someone that suffered from postnatal depression - maybe that would ruin their day."
Paige shared the note online in the hopes that whoever wrote the note will see it and think twice before going out of their way to ridicule other parents that are entitled to park in the supermarket spaces.

She said: "At first I was really embarrassed, I was like 'oh no should I have parked here?' and then when I thought about it I thought 'no I have a right to'.
"I'm a parent and I have a child so I can use a parent and child spot".
Unfortunately for Paige, the note was written on the back of a generic NHS letter - so the angry mum had no way of identifying who had gone out of their way to ruin her day.
"I definitely think that whoever it is is quite judgemental, I understand it's frustrating when people use parent and child spaces when they're not able to use them.
"But I would never go out of my way to use derogatory terms because that could really ruin their day.
"I think it was a lapse of judgement, clearly, but at the end of the day I hope that whoever it was sees this and thinks in future."
It's not the first time someone has come under fire for parking somewhere in a space that's completely legal.
